The start of the season has been busy. We picked five notable launches from this autumn and worked out who should take a closer look at each project.

1. The Title KUARTZ: an apartment near Karon Beach

Price — from THB 5.77 million. Around 400 metres to the beach.

KUARTZ is a new complex of two seven-storey buildings with 189 apartments. It offers one- and two-bedroom apartments, enlarged layouts and penthouses. Completion is scheduled for the first quarter of 2029.

One of the project's highlights is the rooftop infrastructure: a Sky Pool and Sky Jacuzzi. There is also a 25-metre swimming pool, a gym, a sauna, a co-working space, a cinema room and pet-friendly zones.

Who it suits. Buyers who love Karon and want their own apartment for holidays. The proximity to the beach and the facilities on site make KUARTZ worth considering for rental too.

2. The Title FIZZ: Kata and a separate club building

Price — from THB 5.15 million.

FIZZ is a more intimate project: 135 apartments, one seven-storey residential building and a separate three-storey amenities building.

The concept includes swimming pools, children's areas, a gym, a co-working space and a meeting room. In total there are 25 zones for relaxation, work and sport.

Who it suits. Those who prefer Kata and plan to combine holidays with remote work. Families should look separately at the layouts and at where the children's areas sit relative to the chosen apartment.

The separate club building deserves attention: the shared spaces are gathered in a building of their own. When choosing, it helps to see how the residential building, the pools and the leisure areas connect, where the windows face and which routes pass nearby.

Why it is on our list: the compact scale of the complex and its rich facilities. FIZZ and KUARTZ are worth comparing side by side: one brand, two beach areas and a different organisation of the grounds.

3. Millennium: Bang Tao from THB 3.42 million

Price — from THB 3.42 million. Area — from 24.43 sq m.

Millennium is a new complex in Bang Tao with 253 apartments. The project includes five swimming pools. Completion is scheduled for the first quarter of 2029.

Among the projects in our selection Millennium has the lowest entry price. For a buyer looking at a first apartment in Phuket and wanting to explore what Bang Tao offers, it is a good reason to get to know the project.

Who it suits. A single person or a couple choosing a compact apartment for trips to the island. For long stays, working from home or moving with a child, we compare the more spacious formats separately.

Here it is worth deciding in advance how much space you need. Where will the luggage go? Is there room for a desk? Is cooking at home comfortable? The answers help you choose a layout that is genuinely convenient to use.

4. PURITA Phuket Bangtao: spacious apartments next to Boat Avenue

Price — from THB 7.997 million. Area — from 56.4 sq m.

PURITA by CG Capital stands out for its floor areas: one-bedroom apartments start from 56.4 sq m, two-bedroom from 93 sq m. There are enlarged layouts and options with garden access.

The project is located in Cherngtalay, next to POP Phuket, Boat Avenue and Porto de Phuket. The complex comprises four six-storey buildings and a villa. It includes a green courtyard, a 50-metre pool, a gym and workspaces.

The apartments are handed over furnished. The project is scheduled for completion in 2028.

Who it suits. Buyers who need a spacious apartment for long-term living. Here you can choose a home around family life: separate bedrooms, a proper living room, a workspace and storage.

When comparing with compact apartments, take floor area and fit-out into account. They noticeably affect both the purchase budget and how comfortable the home is after you move in.

Why it is on our list: spacious layouts and a location next to the everyday infrastructure of Cherngtalay. PURITA is worth considering for those who are choosing an apartment for themselves and plan to spend a lot of time on the island.

5. Vibe Downtown Karon: sold out in a day, but we have off-market options

No apartments remain on open sale. Jungle House holds a couple of off-market offers.

Vibe Downtown Karon became one of the most talked-about launches of the season: the complex sold out in one day.
