🏝 Buying a Kata Condo — and Then Competing with Hotels? A Look at The Title FIZZ

Imagine: you have bought a condo for holidays and rentals. A nice pool, a tropical courtyard, a familiar beach nearby.
But when it is time to find guests, a question comes up: why would they choose your apartment over a hotel room?
Let us look at FIZZ from this angle. 🔎

What the project offers
According to the developer's brochure:
▪️ 135 apartments; ▪️ one residential building — 7 floors; ▪️ a separate three-storey amenity block; ▪️ 25 zones for leisure, work and sport.
The plans include pools, kids' spaces, a gym, a co-working area and a meeting room. For now these are design decisions and renders.

Our take: this set is worth considering for holidays with children and longer stays. You can spend part of the day inside the complex, get some work done while the family relaxes.

The main choice is between layouts
FIZZ offers:
🔹 1 bedroom — 31–33 m²; 🔹 1 Bedroom Plus — 44–52 m²; 🔹 2 bedrooms — around 58 m²; 🔹 penthouses with 2–3 bedrooms.
A compact unit is easier to consider on a limited budget. But for a winter for two you already want to know: where to put the suitcases, where to work, and is it comfortable to cook every day?
The Plus layout deserves a closer look. The shown 44.3 m² plan has an extra room. Still, the Plus name alone does not mean a full second bedroom: check the size, the window, ventilation and the room's intended use.
💰 What about rentals?
A pool and a beautiful interior help attract attention. To calculate income you also need the purchase price, furnishing, running costs and a clear picture of your guest.

For a couple on a short holiday, a compact apartment may be enough. For a family or long-stay guests, separate rooms and everyday comfort can matter more.
So compare the two-bedroom option against the one-bedroom one by the price premium and the achievable net income. A bigger floor area does not automatically deliver a higher return.

A compromise that is easy to miss
The brochure lists about 58 parking spaces for 135 apartments, and mentions double parking as an option.
If you plan to live with a car, clarify the parking rules in advance. No guaranteed personal space follows from these figures.
Who we would suggest FIZZ to
Those who love Kata, want a condo for their own holidays, and value amenities inside the complex.
For a pure rental purchase, we would first compare several units on full cost and running expenses — paying particular attention to the premium for Plus, a second bedroom and the floor.
🎁 Jungle House clients get special terms and extra bonuses from our company. We will prepare a personal calculation for the unit you choose.
💬 Message "FIZZ" to @ViktorGarm — we will send the floor plans and compare three formats: a compact unit, Plus and a two-bedroom. We will show the price difference and discuss what is actually worth paying extra for in your case.
