🚨 Gordon Ramsay is coming: what the opening of Street Burger means for the Surin Beach real estate market

TYCOON MARCHÉ — is the commercial part of The Petit Tycoon complex, which gathers a lifestyle cluster around it. Gordon Ramsay Street Burger — a bright marker that the area has entered the global map.
🏗 What else is being built in the area
Surin Beach right now is one of the most active development hubs on the island. Rhea by Sansiri and Biancana are being built nearby.
When in one location projects of such level are being built simultaneously, plus world-class restaurants are opening, plus Amanpuri is nearby — the area is no longer "promising", but a working premium-segment.
